The Role:

The roles involve delivering a professional service, to the paying customer. They are fast moving roles, in the busiest of environments.

Key responsibilities:

Bar Tenders

You will be working with other Bar Staff, be shadowed by Bar Supervisors and Bar Managers.

We will provide Everything you need to prepare for your shift, which will include Induction, Health & Safety, Time Sheet & Timecard useage . We are looking for genuine team players who can work alongside a team, be prepared to work hard, be unflappable and be professional.

Bar Tender Essential skills:

• A Hardworking Team Player
• Experienced (min. of 1 Year) (depending on Job Role)
• 18+ (depending on Job Role)
• Excellent Customer Service & F.O.H Skills.
• Professional
• Friendly & Outgoing
• Be unflappable working under pressure
• Reliable and Punctual
• Excellent command of the English Language
• Smart & Presentable in appearance
• Prepared to go that extra mile.

Working on the frontline of Hospitality – The Bars!

This role will push you to your limits and enable you to grow in capability and confidence. You can be working in the exhilarating, fastmoving Music Festival environment one weekend, and a prestigious sporting Event the next. You will be working with excellent support networks and teams. You will be joining teams that are positive, hardworking, hardy, friendly, professional and respect each other, which we believe is imperative in this high octane, fast moving, pressurised role.

Hopefully, you will thoroughly enjoy yourself and want to work across other Events with us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience within Hospitality, so you will need to be an energetic and enthusiastic team player and eager to hit the ground running.
