The Roles:

These roles involve delivering a professional service, to the paying customer. They are fast moving roles, in the busiest of environments.

Bar Supervisors

Bar Supervisors are responsible for assisting with bar operations, ensuring that customers receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity, and maintaining health and safety standards within the bar.

Our Staffing Officers will be on hand to ensure that you receive all the support you need, and assist with any queries.

Bar Supervisor Essential skills:

• Ability to follow direction.
• Ability to manage Bar Staff (some with min experience) respectfully.
• A Hardworking Team Player
• Able to work under pressure
• Experienced (min. of 1 Year in this Job Role)
• 18+ (depending on Job Role)
• Excellent Customer Service & F.O.H Skills.
• Professional
• Friendly & Outgoing
• The ability to keep your staff upbeat
• Reliable and Punctual
• Excellent command of the English Language
• Smart & Presentable in appearance
• Prepared to go that extra mile.

Bar Manager

You will be heading up a team of Bar Staff, and assisted by Bar Supervisors.

Your main duties are to make sure your customers are happy, that there’s plenty of stock behind the bar and that your staff know how to provide great service. But, as with any time served behind a bar, there’s a lot more to it than that….

Key responsibilities:

• Motivating your staff
• Doing regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary
• Handling deliveries
• Maintaining the condition of beer and wine
• Overseeing or liaising with all other personnel
• Enforcing health, safety and hygiene rules
• Dealing with difficult customers

Bar Manager Essential skills:

• A Hardworking Team Leader
• Experienced (min. of 1 Year) (depending on Job Role)
• 18+ (depending on Job Role)

Bar Tenders

You will be working with other Bar Staff, be shadowed by Bar Supervisors and Bar Managers. Our Staffing Officers will be on hand to ensure that you receive all the support you need, and assist with any queries.

We will provide Everything you need to prepare for your shift, which will include Induction, Health & Safety, Time Sheet & Timecard useage . We are looking for genuine team players who can work alongside a team, be prepared to work hard, be unflappable and be professional.

Working on the frontline of Festival work – The Bars!

These roles will push you to your limits and enable you to grow in capability and confidence. Working in the exhilarating environment of Festival Events with an excellent support network and a team working along side you.
